6:12 Out the door, still rubbing the eyes, not really awake. I walk for about 2 mins before I start running, I encounter two "weirdo's " by the fire station, but I feel safe, cause I am by the fire station. :)
6:50 back in the house after a 3 mile run, it felt real good, the breathing wise, I was for sure slower with 33 mins for the 3 miles.
6:55 answering texts from Jenn and emails. Should be in the shower, but still sweating so no.
7:30 coffee, but I didnt START the coffee pot last night, I got it all ready, but didnt start it, I really thought I did, hmmm. Start coffee pot, make oatmeal. wait, ( not happy about it at all) for the coffee pot to make my darn coffee.
7:45 still on the computer, knowing I am running late, but I dont have to be at work till 9:45 today so its all good.
8:40 Sam came in the room looking for breakfast, and informed me that I was "running late today"
8:45, get Sam breakfast, Make my egg whites, lunch and snacks. Take out stuff for dinner.
9:10 Sam informs me that I am "really running late now" ( like I need a 7 year old to tell me that ) I tell him I really am ok, but thanks :)
9:20 leave house. stop at walgreens, get 2 sugarfree redbull shots ( will need them for sure) and go to work.
11:00 Hungry so I have some strawberries, I knew I would be super hungry today with the run in the AM
11:30 Protein shake!
1:45 lunch! Call and make the DRs apt that I have been meaning to make all week
5:00 leave work, go to grocery store pick up some things we need for dinner, call Jake, ask him to start dinner.
5:30 Home, take over the dinner prep from Jake. Sam is not home, Scott is napping. Teenagers are playing poker, So glad I cam home to spend some time with everyone.
6:15 eat dinner, Scott still sleeping, Sam is still not home ( he is at the neighbors) .
6:30 leave to go back to work for a class, go to the neighbors and get Sam, invite neighbor to the Mariners Game on the 8th for Sam's birthday.
6:45 arrive at the party store to get wrapping paper so I can wrap the present for the party that Sam is going to tomorrow.
9:00 leave work ( again)
9:10 arrive home, Scott is awake , only to say goodnight, I say goodnight to him and Sam, and I wrap the present . Make my coffee for the AM ( I SWEAR I set it this time!) I throw in a load of laundry, and then I grab an ice pack for my foot and head upstairs.
I hurt my foot today, I dont know when it was, maybe on my run ,but I didnt feel it till I was working, so I have it wrapped and iced( it is slightly swollen) hope the next two days that I am off from working out heals it all .
Tomorrow and Friday night I have Red Sox games to go to. I need to plan out my meals for tomorrow, I am going to do that now. Jake and I are stopping at Subway for dinner, and not eating at the game. I am exhausted and going to bed after that.
I said my week was crazy, I normally have more home time than this, but I wanted to show that even with the craziness of my week, that you can still do this, it just takes alot of planning :)
food diary : Before I post it, I know some people are wondering why I am not eating all my calories, ( meaning my exercise calories) knowing that I will have two days in a row at Red Sox games, and no workouts, and on Saturday I have a HUGE party to go to with tons of fabulous foods, more yummy sweets than you could imagine ( check back Sunday for pics) I know I am going to eat on that day, more than my calories for the day, so I have been not eating them all this week, it just makes me feel better about Saturday :) and now,
