6:33 alarm goes off, Hit snooze
6:42 Alarm goes off again, Get up. Bathroom , Shower
7:10 Coffee, oatmeal. check MFP, FB, and emails
7:35 still on the computer and should be getting ready, texting with Jenn this AM :)
7:40 getting make up on, drying hair, getting dressed
8:35 go downstairs to make eggs whites, and prepare meals for the day. Sam is playing PS3 and would like breakfast now, we visit while I make my meals and he eats his cereal ( which by the way is a HUGE KUDOS for me to get him off the pop tart that daddy likes to get, and to get him to eat healthy cereal, He doesnt like his milk in it, so it takes it on the side)
9:04 Out the door , head to Value Village to find a shirt for the luau for Sam, and I have success!
9:35 get to work ( only 5 mins late but its really 10 mins early on some days so I am good)
11:30, protein shake ( very hungry this AM)
2:00 Lunch, ! yeah, I was starving, I usually go at 1:45 but we were running late today
4:30 snack time! tuna and rice cakes
5:00 clock out of work, change for the gym
5:10 in car , traffic is light !
5:30 Arrive at gym, meeting Jenny for weights and a run on the treadmill before we go to Pilates ( she is the instructor)
6:20 Weights are done, get on the treadmill for 2 mile run and a cool down.
6:50 set up my spot for pilates ,drink my protein shake and go potty!
7:00 Pilates
8:10 leave gym, after making plans with Jenny for next week
8:20 arrive home to Jake, Alec, Sam and Patrick ( nephew) playing basketball outside
8:30 in the house, make particks bed up ,and get some dinner, visit with Scott ( husband) and eat and watch the RED SOX game.
9:00 Say goodnight to Sam and Scott, make coffee for the AM, and cut up my strawberries for tomorrow. While I was doing this, Brett came down and picked my brain on eating healthy and losing weight, he says he is ready to "eat like me" !!!! OMG OMG OMG!! This is HUGE, besides Scott, Brett is the last to jump on the healthy lifestyle, so I was HAPPY to chat with him about it all. Hope it works for him, he needs to lose about 40 pounds to be on the healthy side. He will be 19 a week from today.
9:25 say goodnight to Jake and Patrick, tell them that I will be asleep by 10 so no loud voices after then :)
9:30 get my running clothes ready for the AM, this is where my crazy week starts. I have to get up at 6 am and run 3 miles, As you can already tell, I am not a morning person, so this will be interesting. I can not workout tomorrow night, I have to go back to work for a class at 7. But I have to get my run in. Thursday and Friday are also out, ( Red Sox games) so this is it. will let you know how it goes...
9:49 that is what it is now, I will finish up here, check emails and FB really fast , post this on MFP and go to sleep.
